Pricing & Compensation Models

We place a high value on transparent and clear fee structures. Depending on the nature and scope of the engagement, we work on an hourly basis, within an agreed-upon budget, with flat-rate fees, or as part of an ongoing advisory relationship.

Hourly Rates

All prices are exclusive of value-added tax.

Where appropriate, we allocate work within the team in a way that balances legal quality with cost efficiency. Complex legal assessments, strategic issues, negotiations, and sensitive cases are handled by attorneys. Relevant research, document preparation, and other tasks can be supported by a legal assistant.

Package Deals

For certain clearly defined services, we offer flat-rate packages with a predetermined scope of services and price.

Customized Flat Rates and Budget Limits

Even outside of our standardized packages, individual flat-rate fees can be agreed upon for clearly defined projects.

For larger projects or those that are more difficult to predict, we can, upon request, work within a cost estimate, a budget framework, or an agreed-upon cost cap.

Ongoing Legal Advice

For companies with regular consulting needs, we offer flexible models for ongoing collaboration. These are particularly well-suited for companies without their own legal department or as a supplement to existing legal and compliance teams.

The scope and billing are tailored to the actual consulting needs.

Cost Transparency

Before beginning any major projects, we will coordinate with you to determine the expected scope of work and the appropriate compensation model. If, during the course of an engagement, it becomes apparent that there will be a significant deviation from the expected workload, we will notify you promptly.

Any external costs and necessary expenses are reported separately and transparently.
